Mr. Bhatt is designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. Ms. Rajvi Upadhyay, the outgoing officer, has formally resigned from the position to take on a new role within the group, ensuring continuity through a smooth transition of responsibilities.
About the New Compliance Lead
Mr. Krunal Bhatt brings over 19 years of extensive experience in legal advisory, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. A commerce and law graduate, Mr. Bhatt is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). His professional background includes leadership roles at prominent listed entities such as Arvind Limited, Astral Limited, and Adani Power Limited.
Expertise and Background
With a deep specialization in SEBI regulations, Companies Act compliance, and capital market transactions, Mr. Bhatt has consistently contributed to high-level corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions throughout his career. His expertise also extends to RBI regulatory compliances, ESG initiatives, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). In his new capacity at KPI Green Energy Limited, he will continue to oversee the group’s board processes and secretarial functions.
