KPI Green Energy Limited has announced exceptional financial results for Q3 FY2025-26, achieving its highest-ever revenue for the seventh consecutive quarter. Total Revenue for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, stood at ₹1,931 crore, a 64% increase compared to ₹1,177 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Key Financial Highlights

  • EBITDA: Increased to ₹701 crore, up 71% year-over-year.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rose to ₹477 crore, a 58% increase year-over-year.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): Increased to ₹354 crore, up 60% year-over-year.

Segmental Performance

The company’s revenue from operations was ₹66,286.02 Lacs for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Segment-wise details include:

  • Revenue from Sales of Power & Solar Power Plant.
  • Revenue from Sales of Plot.

Interim Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors has approved the declaration of the third interim dividend of ₹0.20 per equity share (4%) with a face value of ₹5 per share. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the dividend is January 28, 2026. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the declaration date.

KPI Green Energy has also secured significant strategic developments, including:

  • ₹3,200 Crore SBI Sanction: Received a sanction from the State Bank of India for financing solar and hybrid IPP projects.
