Kotak Mahindra Bank has granted 4,600 Performance Linked Restricted Stock Units (PRSUs) under the 2025 Scheme to eligible employees. The units vest over four years, starting May 31, 2027, and ending May 31, 2030, with an exercise period of one year from the vesting date. Each PRSU represents one equity share.

Kotak Mahindra Bank has granted Performance Linked Restricted Stock Units (PRSUs) to its eligible employees. The grant was made under the Kotak Mahindra Performance Linked Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, 2025.
Key Details of the Grant
A total of 4,600 PRSUs were granted under the Scheme. The vesting schedule is as follows:
- 25% vesting on May 31, 2027
- 25% vesting on May 31, 2028
- 25% vesting on May 31, 2029
- 25% vesting on May 31, 2030
The exercise period for each vested portion is one year from the respective vesting date. Each PRSU entitles the Grantee to one Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 5/-, subject to the provisions of the PRSU Scheme 2025.
