The initial action taken by the Assessing Officer involved making additions of Rs. 100,43,93,437/- concerning 80-IA deduction and an exceptional item, resulting in a substantial initial demand for the Asst. Year 2019-20.

Successful Appeal and Final Demand

The Company had previously filed an appeal before the CIT(A)-12, Hyderabad, against these additions. This appeal was subsequently allowed, overturning the initial high demand.

The current order issued by the Assessing Officer serves to give effect to the favorable decision of the CIT(A). As a result, the revised consequential demand has been finalized at Rs. 8,89,16,625/-.
