Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited has officially announced a leadership transition in its top management. Effective April 1, 2026, Mr. K Srinivasan has stepped down from his role as Director and Managing Director. Simultaneously, Mr. Aman Rahul Kirloskar has been appointed to lead the company as the new Managing Director for a five-year tenure ending on March 31, 2031.

Mr. Aman Rahul Kirloskar, previously serving as the Vice President of the ACR division, has transitioned into the role of Managing Director. His appointment is effective from April 1, 2026, and is slated to run for a period of five years, concluding on March 31, 2031.

Background on the New Leadership

Mr. Aman Rahul Kirloskar brings deep organizational knowledge to his new position. He is the son of Mr. Rahul C. Kirloskar, who serves as the company’s Executive Chairman, and the nephew of Mr. Atul C. Kirloskar, a member of the Board. This appointment represents a strategic continuation of the leadership team as the company focuses on its next phase of growth and operational excellence.
