CFPL’s Confirmation
CFPL has affirmed that neither the company, nor its related parties, hold more than 10% of the total voting rights in KFin Technologies. It confirms that it does not exercise direct or indirect control over KFin’s operations and lacks any special rights through formal or informal agreements. It also confirmed they do not have any representation on the Board of Directors.
