Mr. Ramesh Kunhikannan, formerly the Managing Director (DIN: 02063167), has been re-designated as Executive Vice Chairman. This change is within the category of Whole Time Director of the Company and is for the residual term up to March 31, 2029, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kunhikannan has been associated with the Company since incorporation and has over 36 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing services industry.
Dr. Muthukumar Narayanaswamy Appointed
Dr. Muthukumar Narayanaswamy (DIN: 06708535) has been appointed as an Additional Director and Managing Director of the Company. His term is for five years, effective from September 24, 2025, to September 23, 2030, and is subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Muthukumar is a seasoned business leader with 37 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, and Business Strategy.
Leadership Experience of Dr. Muthukumar
Prior to his appointment, Dr. Muthukumar Narayanaswamy held leadership positions including President & COO India Leader at Cummins Meritor and VP Operations at TTK LIG CI Leader for global SSL. He also held Leadership positions at TVS Srichakra and Sundaram Rubber.
