Profitability Metrics

The profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹321.59 crores. Profit for the period after tax was reported as ₹237.39 crores. The total comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹249.04 crores. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) each were reported as ₹14.06.

Segmental Performance

Revenue from the EPC segment was ₹6,313.85 crores, while Developmental Projects contributed ₹167.58 crores. The EPC segment reported a profit of ₹325.90 crores, and the Development Projects segment showcased a profit of ₹133.97 crores.

Standalone Financials

Standalone revenue from operations for the quarter totaled ₹5,418.78 crores. The standalone profit before tax was ₹272.28 crores, and net profit after tax was ₹199.91 crores.

Other Key Highlights

The company has affirmed no deviations in the utilization of funds from listed Non-Convertible Debt securities. Termination notice for Wainganga Expressway Private Limited (WEPL) has been issued. Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden AB (KPTS) has also sold equity shares of Linjemontage | Grastorp AB (LMG).
