For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Just Dial reported net revenue from operations of ₹12,138.6 million. The company concluded the year with a net profit of ₹4,970.2 million. The quarterly figures for the period January to March 2026 showed net revenue of ₹3,072.4 million and a net profit of ₹1,000.0 million. Total income for the full fiscal year reached ₹15,477.2 million.

Strategic Financial Updates

The company noted a one-time ₹210.8 million charge recognized as an exceptional item, stemming from revisions to gratuity benefit calculations following the implementation of the Social Security Code (2020). Additionally, the company’s equity base saw a minor expansion, with paid-up equity share capital increasing to ₹850.4 million following the allotment of 2,500 shares through the employee stock option scheme.

CFO Leadership Transition

Just Dial announced that Mr. Abhishek Bansal will step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Having served the company for approximately 12 years, including over 8 years as CFO, Mr. Bansal indicated that his decision is based on personal career considerations and a desire to take a professional break. His resignation will be effective at the close of business on April 15, 2026.
