Dividend Disbursement Update

Jubilant FoodWorks announced that the dividend for the financial year 2024-25, approved on August 28, 2025, at ₹1.20 per share, will be disbursed. However, dividend payments are being withheld for shareholders who have not yet completed their KYC compliance.

Required KYC Information

The company reminds shareholders to provide essential information including their Permanent Account Number (PAN), choice of nomination, contact details (postal address with PIN and mobile number), bank account details, and specimen signature.

Action Needed for Dividend Receipt

To receive the dividend, shareholders must update their KYC details. Shareholders can download necessary forms (ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3, SH-13, SH-14) from the Registrar & Transfer Agent’s (RTA) website: https://in.mpms.mufg.com (Resources → Downloads → KYC → Formats for KYC).

Pending payment of dividends, the company will file TDS returns electronically as prescribed. Shareholders can view their tax credit in Form 26AS on the Income Tax Department website. For assistance, shareholders can use the chatbot on the RTA’s website or register on ‘SWAYAM’, the RTA’s Investor Self-Service Portal.
