Jubilant FoodWorks announced a significant internal restructuring affecting its Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Tejaswi Narasimha Nori, currently SVP and Business Head for Hong’s Kitchen and Dunkin’, will transition to a new role leading the Domino’s Dine In/Take Away (Domino’s DITA) business. This change is effective from April 1, 2026. Mr. Nori will continue as an employee, reporting directly to Mr. Sameer Batra, President and Chief Business Officer—Domino’s India and South Asia. A successor for his current role will be named later.

Senior Management Personnel Restructuring

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited has formally disclosed a change in the functional role of a key executive under Regulation 30 requirements. The announcement, dated March 23, 2026, details a transition within the Senior Management Personnel (SMP).

Details of the Role Change

Mr. Tejaswi Narasimha Nori, holding the position of Senior Vice President and Business Head for Hong’s Kitchen and Dunkin’, is set to move to a new assignment within the organization.

Specifically, Mr. Nori will assume the role of head for the Domino’s Dine In/Take Away (Domino’s DITA) business. In this capacity, he will report directly to Mr. Sameer Batra, President and Chief Business Officer—Domino’s India and South Asia.

Effective Date and Employment Status

Mr. Nori will officially cease to be part of the Company’s Senior Management with effect from April 1, 2026.

It is important to note that this transition does not constitute a cessation of employment; Mr. Nori will remain an employee of the Company under the revised reporting structure. The company stated that his successor for the current role will be appointed in due course.
