JSW Infrastructure Q3 & 9M FY2026 Results Presentation

  • Cargo Handling: Total cargo handled reached 31.7 MT in Q3 FY26, an increase of 8% year-over-year. For the 9M period, total cargo handled amounted to 90 MT, reflecting a 5% YoY growth.
  • Oman Expansion: An agreement was formalized with MDO to develop and operate a 27 MTPA port in Oman, with a project cost of US$419 million.
  • Logistics Growth: The Navkar Corp logistics division experienced broad-based volume growth. Q3 domestic cargo was up 45% YoY, and EXIM increased by 19%.
  • Rail Business Acquisition: The acquisition of a ₹1,212-crore rail rakes business marks a significant step in expanding the logistics capabilities.

Financial Performance

Q3 FY26

  • Revenue: Revenue from Operations reached ₹1,350 Crore, up 14% YoY.
  • Operating EBITDA: Operating EBITDA totaled ₹644 Crore, a 10% increase YoY.
  • PAT: Profit After Tax stood at ₹365 Crore, up 9% YoY.

9M FY26

  • Revenue: Revenue from Operations increased to ₹3,839 Crore, marking a 20% YoY increase.
  • Operating EBITDA: Operating EBITDA grew to ₹1,835 Crore, a 13% YoY rise.
  • PAT: Profit After Tax amounted to ₹1,123 Crore, up 12% YoY.

Strategic Initiatives and Outlook

  • The company is focusing on expanding its capacity to 400 mtpa.
  • Emphasis on greenfield ICDs and partnerships/associations to drive business growth.
  • Targeting Revenue of ₹8,000 Crore and EBITDA of ₹2,000 Crore for the logistics segment by FY30.
