JSW Energy Q2 FY26 Results Show 52% YoY Generation Increase

  • EBITDA: Increased by 67% year-over-year to ₹3,180 Cr.
  • Total Revenue: Rose by 55% year-over-year to ₹5,361 Cr.
  • Net Generation: Increased by 52% year-over-year.

Despite a decline in reported PAT, cash PAT for the quarter increased by 27% year-over-year to ₹1,512 Cr. The company maintains a healthy balance sheet to support future growth initiatives.

Operational Achievements

The company has made substantial progress in expanding its generation capacity:

  • Added 443 MW of organic renewable capacity during the quarter, including Kutehr HEP.
  • Installed capacity stands at 13.2 GW.

Strategic acquisitions and agreements are also underway:

  • Completed acquisition of KSK Water Infrastructure.
  • Entered into an arrangement with GE Power India for boiler manufacturing.
  • Signed an agreement to acquire 150 MW Tidong HEP from Statkraft.
