JSW Energy Ratings Assigned to O2 Renewable Energy Subsidiaries

India Ratings and Research Private Limited (Ind-Ra) has assigned credit ratings to the long-term bank facilities of JSW Energy’s step-down subsidiaries, O2 Renewable Energy XI Private Limited, O2 Renewable Energy XVI Private Limited, and O2 Renewable Energy XVII Private Limited. All three subsidiaries have received a rating of IND A/Stable, as of December 16, 2025. This indicates a stable outlook for these renewable energy ventures.
