Key Dates and Approvals
The NCLT sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation, with an appointed date of January 1, 2024. An order was passed on September 12, 2025, which sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation. The certified copy of the order, along with amendment Order in IA No.61/2025, has been received and filed with the Registrar of Companies/MCA.
Operational Integration
Effective October 15, 2025, the company and Toshali Cements have filed the said order with the Registrar of Companies/MCA, making the scheme effective.
