Jindal Stainless Limited’s Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. Interim Dividend Declared
The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share (face value of ₹2 each) for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of January 29, 2026. The dividend payout is scheduled to be completed on or before February 19, 2026.

Ms. Shruti Shrivastava, Dr. Aarti Gupta, and Mr. Ajay Mankotia have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second term of three consecutive years, starting respectively on January 23, 2026 and July 12, 2026.
