ITC Hotels announced its best-ever Q3 results, with consolidated revenue from operations at ₹1231 cr, up 21%, EBITDA at ₹467 cr, up 23%, and PAT at ₹307 cr, up 42%. ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo, delivered positive EBITDA. The company was recognized as the World’s Leading Sustainable Organisation and the Best Luxury Hotel Chain. Strong growth momentum is expected to continue.

Financial Performance Highlights

ITC Hotels reported record financial results for Q3 FY26:

  • Consolidated Revenue from Operations: ₹1231 cr, a 21% increase.
  • EBITDA: ₹467 cr, up by 23%.
  • PAT (before exceptional items): ₹307 cr, a substantial increase of 42%.

Excluding Real Estate, Q3 FY26 revenue stood at ₹1149 Cr (up 13%) and PAT at ₹280 Cr (up 29%).

The company is expanding its footprint and enhancing its portfolio:

  • Signed 28 hotels with 2790 keys during CY2025.
  • Crossed 150 operational hotels with over 14,000 keys.
  • India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited (IICC Ltd) has allotted a land parcel at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi for the development and operation of a premium 5-Star hotel.
