The Board of Directors has recommended the appointment of Mr. Navin Agarwal (DIN: 10684167) as a Non-Executive Director. This appointment is slated for approval by the Members and will be effective from April 1, 2026. Mr. Agarwal will be representing the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI).
Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Dr. Alok Pande, the current Non-Executive Director representing SUUTI, has tendered his resignation from the Board. His resignation will be effective from April 1, 2026. This transition marks a change in SUUTI’s representation on the ITC Limited Board.
