IRB Infrastructure Developers announced the execution of a Project Implementation Agreement for the TOT-17 Project. This follows a disclosure dated December 21, 2025, and subsequent approval from shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 13, 2026.
Details of the Agreement
The agreement involves IRB Harihara Corridors Private Limited (“IRBHCPL”), a wholly-owned Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of IRB Infrastructure Trust. IRB Infrastructure will act as the Project Manager in pursuance of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended, for the implementation of the TOT-17 Project.
