The Project SPV has made an upfront concession fee payment of Rs. 9,270 Crores to the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) on January 22, 2026, after achieving financial closure. The project is set for a revenue-linked concession period of 20 years. This move is expected to provide stable revenue streams over the concession period.

Project Scope and Benefits
The TOT-17 Project includes two highway corridors: Lucknow-Ayodhya-Gorakhpur (NH27) and the Lucknow-Sultanpur stretch of Lucknow-Varanasi (NH731), spanning a total length of 366 Kms, with a tollable length of approximately 435 kms. The project aims to enhance safe and efficient travel for pilgrims and commuters, contributing to regional development.
