The company’s consolidated operating income for Q3 FY26 reached INR 7,344 Mn, and the net profit was INR 206 Mn. The consolidated operating income for the nine-month period was INR 20,516 Mn, with a net profit of INR 1,189 Mn.

Segmental Performance

The Engineering segment recorded a revenue of INR 4,173 Mn in Q3 FY26 (Standalone), with an EBIT of INR 284 Mn. The Chemicals segment’s revenue was INR 1,715 Mn, and EBIT was INR 499 Mn. The Consumer Products segment posted revenue of INR 772 Mn and an EBIT loss of INR (31) Mn. The company witnessed strong order inflows in the engineering segment, with a total order book of INR 2,833 Cr.

Operational Highlights

The enquiry bank remains robust, leading to sequential and year-on-year growth in order flow. Two domestic contracts for solar projects, totaling INR 205 crores, were secured. The Roha facility’s commissioning is progressing well, with expectations of increased volumes in the coming months. The Consumer Products segment continues to experience volume growth, prompting further investment in the business.
