Details of Non-Compliance

The penalty relates to the implementation of Standard Instrument Departure (SID) Instrument Flight Procedure (IFP) at Udaipur Airport. The company-formulated IFP was not implemented according to the norms set by the Airport Authority of India (AAI). Specifically, it contravened Rule 133A of The Aircraft Rules, 1937, along with DGCA CAR 9/EN para nos 2.2 and 2.34.
