This is described as a secure, collaborative AI environment built upon Intellect’s Purple Fabric Open Business Impact AI platform. The platform is designed to enable colleges and universities to operationalize Artificial Intelligence for learning, research, and institutional innovation.

As part of this initiative, Intellect formalized collaborations by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 6 leading institutions. These partners include:

The MoUs seek to establish a shared AI innovation environment for academic institutions, promoting multi-departmental co-creation and governed AI experimentation. Academic TeamSpace extends the Purple Fabric “Enterprise AI on Tap” model into education via a subscription model, ensuring governance and academic integrity.
