Info Edge has reported robust financial performance for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved standalone billings of ₹3,177.5 crore for the full fiscal year, marking a 10.3% increase over the previous year. Growth was primarily driven by strong performances in Recruitment Solutions and Jeevansathi, showcasing resilient operational momentum across its key business segments despite evolving market conditions and macroeconomic headwinds.

Financial Performance Overview

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4 FY26), Info Edge recorded standalone billings of ₹1,057.1 crore, representing a 7.4% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. On a full-year basis, the company successfully reached ₹3,177.5 crore in billings, a 10.3% growth from ₹2,881.7 crore in FY25.

Segment-Wise Growth Insights

Recruitment Solutions continues to be the primary revenue driver, contributing ₹2,374.3 crore for the full year, a 10.0% YoY increase. While the Naukri Gulf business faced challenges due to geopolitical headwinds, the domestic B2B segment maintained steady growth. Jeevansathi stood out as a high-growth segment, delivering an impressive 28.5% annual growth, with billings reaching ₹142.4 crore.

Operational Developments

99acres recorded annual billings of ₹497.1 crore, marking a 10.3% growth. The platform has strengthened its market leadership, commanding a 49% share in web traffic time-share and 53% in overall app traffic as of early 2026. The management noted that internal organizational changes implemented in Q4 are expected to set a solid foundation for an improved growth trajectory in the coming fiscal year.

Strategic Outlook

Shiksha reported annual billings of ₹163.7 crore, a modest growth of 0.8%. The business is currently navigating the impact of AI-driven search trends on traffic. To counter this, Shiksha is actively pivoting its business model and introducing new offerings to reduce its reliance on traditional search referrals, a transition management expects to yield results as new initiatives gain scale in the medium term.
