Recruitment Solutions continues to be the primary revenue driver, contributing ₹2,374.3 crore for the full year, a 10.0% YoY increase. While the Naukri Gulf business faced challenges due to geopolitical headwinds, the domestic B2B segment maintained steady growth. Jeevansathi stood out as a high-growth segment, delivering an impressive 28.5% annual growth, with billings reaching ₹142.4 crore.
Operational Developments
99acres recorded annual billings of ₹497.1 crore, marking a 10.3% growth. The platform has strengthened its market leadership, commanding a 49% share in web traffic time-share and 53% in overall app traffic as of early 2026. The management noted that internal organizational changes implemented in Q4 are expected to set a solid foundation for an improved growth trajectory in the coming fiscal year.
Strategic Outlook
Shiksha reported annual billings of ₹163.7 crore, a modest growth of 0.8%. The business is currently navigating the impact of AI-driven search trends on traffic. To counter this, Shiksha is actively pivoting its business model and introducing new offerings to reduce its reliance on traditional search referrals, a transition management expects to yield results as new initiatives gain scale in the medium term.
