Aisle Network Private Limited operates multiple dating platforms, including Aisle, Anbe, Arike, Neetho, and Jalebi. These platforms are designed to help users connect and find suitable partners.
Financial Details
As of March 31, 2025, Aisle Network reported a turnover of ₹39.62 crores, a loss after tax of ₹(17.80) crores, and a net worth of ₹20.86 crores.
Relationship with Info Edge
Info Edge already holds 100% stake in Aisle through Jeevansathi. This additional investment is categorized as a related party transaction.
Purpose of Investment
The ₹10 Crore investment aims to meet the working capital requirements of Aisle.
Terms of Investment
The investment will be in the form of cash consideration. Jeevansathi will acquire 10,00,000-0.0001% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of Aisle Network. The transaction is expected to be completed within 30 days from the approval.
