Reflecting on a Seven-Year Tenure
In his communication regarding the decision to move on, Mr. Goyal noted his seven-year association with the firm. During this period, he highlighted the business achieving a 16.8% CAGR growth. Furthermore, he noted that the operating PBT (Profit Before Tax) margin improved from 53% to nearly 57% under his leadership. He indicated that his departure is motivated by a desire to pursue other personal passions.
Effective Date and Next Steps
Mr. Goyal will continue to fulfill his duties until the close of business hours on May 31, 2026. Upon his official exit, he will also step down from all board committees where he currently holds membership. The company is expected to initiate the transition process to ensure continuity in its business operations following his departure.
