IndusInd Bank Q3 FY26 Net Profit at ₹128 Crore

  • Net Interest Margin (NIM) was at 3.52% for Q3 FY26, up from 3.32% in Q2 FY26.

Balance Sheet Highlights

  • Deposits reached ₹3,93,815 crores in Q3 FY26, up from ₹3,89,600 crores in Q2 FY26.
  • Net worth stood at ₹62,077 crores in Q3 FY26.
  • CASA deposits were at ₹1,19,104 crores, representing 30% of total deposits as of December 31, 2025.
  • Advances were reported at ₹3,17,536 crores.

Asset Quality

IndusInd Bank reported the following asset quality metrics:

  • Gross NPA was at 3.56% of gross advances.
  • Net NPA was at 1.04% of net advances.
  • The Provision Coverage Ratio improved to 71.50% as of December 31, 2025.

Capital Adequacy

The Bank’s Total Capital Adequacy Ratio as per Basel III guidelines stands at 16.94% as on December 31, 2025. Tier 1 CRAR was at 15.74% on the same date.

Leadership Change

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Arijit Basu as ‘Additional Director’ and Part-Time Chairman of the Bank, effective January 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. He will succeed Mr. Sunil Mehta, whose tenure concludes on January 30, 2026.

Network Update

As of December 31, 2025, the Bank’s distribution network included 3,120 branches/ Banking outlets and 3,063 onsite and offsite ATMs.
