InterGlobe Aviation Reports Q3 FY26 Results, Reappoints Internal Auditors

As of December 31, 2025, IndiGo’s fleet consisted of 440 aircraft. The airline served 96 domestic and 44 international destinations. During the quarter, IndiGo provided services to 83 additional international destinations through strategic partnerships.

Re-appointment of Internal Auditors

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP has been re-appointed as the Internal Auditors of InterGlobe Aviation for a term of three consecutive financial years, commencing from FY27 and continuing until FY29. The re-appointment was made on January 22, 2026.

Adjusted Profitability

The adjusted PAT ex-forex ex exceptional items stood at ₹31,306 million, with an adjusted margin of 13.3%.
