Additionally, On-Time Performance has significantly improved to 75%, up from about 30% yesterday. Refund and luggage processing is fully operational for both direct and indirect bookings.
Network Stabilization
IndiGo anticipates further network stabilization by December 10th, accelerating the initially communicated timeframe of between December 10th and 15th. IndiGo extends apologies for the disruptions caused and expresses gratitude to customers, employees, and partners for their patience and efforts in restoring normalcy.
