Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced significant organizational changes effective March 02, 2026. Shri Tusar Kant Parida has been designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) as Executive Director (F&A), replacing Shri Amit Goel, who will now head the Business Development & Corporate Strategy Group. Furthermore, several other personnel, including Smt Mala Ghosh Choudhury and Ms Durre Shahwar, have ceased to be Senior Management Personnel (SMP).
Organizational Restructuring at IREDA
Due to internal organizational restructuring, the Board of Directors of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) approved key personnel changes on Monday, March 02, 2026. These decisions were based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Appointment of New Key Managerial Personnel (KMP)
Shri Tusar Kant Parida has been designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. His new role is Executive Director (F&A) and Head of the Resource Group (including ALM). This designation is effective from 02.03.2026.
Shri Parida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, bringing over 24 years of professional experience to this critical role.
Transition for Former KMP
Shri Amit Goel, who previously held the position of General Manager (F&A), will transition to head the “Business Development & Corporate Strategy Group”. He will continue to serve as Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
Cessation of Senior Management Personnel (SMP)
In line with the company’s policy regarding the composition and evaluation criteria for Senior Management Personnel (SMP), the following individuals have ceased to hold the SMP designation effective 02.03.2026:

- Ms Durre Shahwar, General Manager (HR)
- Shri Shailendra Kumar Malviya, General Manager (Projects)
- Shri Rajeev Kumar, Addl General Manager (Projects)
