Vesting Schedule and Exercise Details
The vesting schedule for the granted options is as follows:
- 25% of the options granted shall vest on completion of one year from the grant date.
- 25% of the options granted shall vest on completion of two years from the grant date.
- 25% of the options granted shall vest on completion of three years from the grant date.
- 25% of the options granted shall vest on completion of four years from the grant date.
The exercise price for each equity share is ₹2. The face value of each share is also ₹2.
The exercise period for these options is a maximum of 75 days from the date of the respective vesting of options.
