Q3 Financial Highlights
Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2026. Key highlights include:
- Revenue remained steady at ₹92.1 crore, compared to ₹91.8 crore in the previous year.
- Footfalls reached 6.74 lakh, representing a 6% growth for the quarter. This growth was primarily driven by strong performance in the school segment.

- The hotel segment experienced a slight slowdown after two strong quarters. Occupancy decreased by 2.5%, and revenue dropped by 6%, primarily due to fewer MICE events.
Strategic Initiatives and Expansions
Imagicaaworld is actively pursuing strategic initiatives to expand its entertainment offerings and geographic reach:
- The company has entered into discussions to evaluate a potential joint venture in Gujarat with Keshav Holiday Resort Private Limited, known as “Shanku’s Water Park.”
- IEL received Environmental Clearance for the Sabarmati Riverfront Project.
- Imagicaa Next Private Limited (INPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary, has partnered with Hello Park to introduce India’s first immersive digital-physical playground experience.
Management Commentary
Jai Malpani, Managing Director of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited, commented on the company’s performance, stating, “We delivered a steady performance across our parks during the quarter, despite it being seasonally softer due to winter conditions. Our continued focus on improving our customer experience, better ARPUs and strengthening non-ticketing revenues remains a key priority.”
Diversifying Entertainment Formats
Imagicaaworld is evolving from a single-format park operator into a diversified player in the industry. The company is expanding into new formats, including a religious park, an upcoming entertainment destination in Ahmedabad, and indoor entertainment through Hello Park.
