The company also received two GST orders from Bihar and one from Gujarat, and is facing an income tax audit.
Interim Dividend Declared
The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is set for January 29, 2026, and the dividend will be paid on or before February 20, 2026.
CISO Transition
Mr. Sameer Gadve, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), stepped down from his position effective January 22, 2026, as part of an internal move within the company. Mr. Kailash Gaonkar has been appointed as the new CISO, designated as Senior Management Personnel, effective January 23, 2026.
Financial Performance: Q3 2026 Highlights
IIFL Finance reported a net profit after tax of ₹501.35 crore for Q3 2026, compared to ₹417.94 crore in the previous quarter. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹3,432.79 crore. The company’s consolidated unaudited financial results include standalone financial results of the holding company and consolidated/standalone financial results of its subsidiaries. Key ratios including the debt-equity ratio which stood at 4.07. The figures indicate strong financial health with paid up equity share capital increasing to ₹85.05.
Regulatory Updates
The company received two orders from the Goods and Services Tax Department of Bihar and one from Gujarat. Furthermore, it received a communication from the Income Tax Department directing an audit of its accounts for a specified block period and appointing a Special Auditor. IIFL Finance will fully cooperate with the Special Auditor, but the potential financial impact cannot be determined at this stage. NPA levels were also re-assessed.
