APE (Annualized Premium Equivalent): The APE for FY2025 was ₹104.07 billion. The first half of FY2026 saw an APE of ₹42.86 billion. The APE for December 2025 was ₹9.29 billion, a 7.3% year-over-year increase. The 9-month FY2026 APE was ₹68.11 billion, reflecting a (1.4%) contraction.
Retail APE: Retail APE reached ₹87.05 billion in FY2025. The first half of FY2026 recorded ₹35.19 billion. December 2025 saw a Retail APE of ₹7.97 billion, representing a 4.3% year-over-year increase. The 9-month FY2026 Retail APE was ₹56.35 billion, a (2.1%) decrease.

In December 2025, the NB premium was ₹19.45 billion, exhibiting a 25.1% year-over-year increase. The 9-month FY2026 NB premium totaled ₹150.90 billion, which represents a (0.3%) decrease.
NB Sum Assured (New Business Sum Assured): The NB sum assured for FY2025 was ₹11,944.01 billion. The first half of FY2026 amounted to ₹6,770.71 billion. December 2025 saw an NB sum assured of ₹1,182.28 billion, a 10.7% year-over-year increase. The 9-month FY2026 NB sum assured was ₹10,160.09 billion, demonstrating an 18.1% increase.
