The bank maintained a strong asset quality and capital position:

  • Net NPA ratio was 0.39% as of September 30, 2025, compared to 0.41% as of June 30, 2025.
  • Provisioning coverage ratio on non-performing loans was 75.0% as of September 30, 2025.
  • CET-1 ratio was 16.35%, and the total capital adequacy ratio was 17.00% as of September 30, 2025.

Loan and Deposit Growth

ICICI Bank also reported healthy growth in loans and deposits:

  • Domestic loan portfolio grew by 10.6% year-on-year.
  • Retail loan portfolio grew by 6.6% year-on-year and constituted 42.9% of the total portfolio.
  • Average deposits increased by 9.1% year-on-year.

Key Ratios and Network Expansion

Standalone RoE was 16.0% for Q2 FY2026. The bank expanded its branch network by opening 263 branches during the first half of the financial year, bringing the total network to 7,246 branches and 10,610 ATMs and cash recycling machines as of September 30, 2025.
