New Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Mr. Anand Upadhyay has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective January 4, 2026. Mr. Upadhyay brings over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters. His expertise includes regulatory filings, board and committee management, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and guidelines. His skills will be vital as KWIL navigates the Scheme.
Designation of Senior Managerial Personnel
Mr. Rohit Jhunjhunwala, previously the Internal Auditor, has been designated as Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP). Mr. Jhunjhunwala has significant experience with Unilever, including leading the establishment of KWIL as part of the demerger. He also served as Risk Manager for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and has played a pivotal role in supply chain finance and business finance.
