Cybersolve Acquisition
Hexaware Technologies Limited has approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Cybersolve (I) Private Limited from Identity And Access Solutions LLC. The agreement depends on mutually agreeable terms. Hexaware Technologies, Inc will acquire 100% stake in IAAS from IAAS Holdings LLC and IT Glitterz LLC from IT Glitterz Holdings LLC.
Hexaware Canada Acquisition
Hexaware Technologies Canada Ltd. will acquire a 100% stake in Identity and Access Solutions Canada, Inc. from Anushree Agarwal and Neha Agarwal. This acquisition is also subject to mutually agreed-upon terms.
Q2 2026 Financial Results Approved
The Board has approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 2026).
Merger of Subsidiaries

Mobiquity Coöperatief U.A. and Mobiquity Consulting BV will merge into Mobiquity BV.
