The company acquired 2,68,219 Series E Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares for a total consideration of ₹210 crore. This strategic move further solidifies Hero MotoCorp’s partnership with the electric vehicle manufacturer, bringing the company’s total equity holding to 36.67% on a fully diluted basis, supporting its long-term vision for sustainable mobility.

Following the initial decision announced on February 5, 2026, to invest a total of ₹275 crore, the company has now finalized the first major phase of this transaction.
