HEG TACC Secures ₹1,230 Crore Credit for Battery Anode Facility

TACC Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HEG Limited, has secured a ₹1,230 crore credit facility from the State Bank of India. This funding will support the establishment of a greenfield manufacturing facility in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, dedicated to producing 20,000 MTPA of lithium-ion battery-grade graphite anode material. The project aims to reduce import dependency and bolster India’s clean energy ecosystem.

Lithium-ion Battery Grade Graphite Anode Facility

The funding will be used to support TACC’s upcoming greenfield manufacturing facility in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. The new facility will produce 20,000 MTPA of lithium-ion battery-grade graphite anode material.
