HDFC Life Grant of 10,000 New Stock Options Under ESOP Scheme 2022

HDFC Life announced the grant of 10,000 equity stock options on March 08, 2026, under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022. Each option is convertible into one share at a grant price of Rs. 668.55/-. Employee Stock Option Grant Disclosure

Terms of the Option Grant

Each option granted is convertible into one equity share. The specified grant price for these options is Rs. 668.55/- per option, contrasting with the face value of Rs. 10/- per share.

Vesting Schedule Details

The options are subject to a two-stage vesting schedule based on the date of grant:

  • 50% of Options granted are scheduled to vest on the 3rd anniversary from the date of the grant.
  • The remaining 50% of Options granted are scheduled to vest on the 4th anniversary from the date of the grant.

Exercise Window and Expiry

Employees who receive these options must exercise their vested options within a stipulated period of 5 years from their respective vesting dates. If the options are not exercised within this period, they will lapse forthwith.
