Details of the Grant
The company has granted a total of 41,250 Options and 17,450 PSUs, representing 58,700 Equity Shares. The Options are granted at a price of ₹2,485.70 each, while the PSUs are priced at ₹5 each. These were allocated to eligible employees as determined by the NRC.
Vesting Schedule
The vesting of both Options and PSUs commences after one year from the grant date. The vesting schedule for Options is as follows:
- 1st Anniversary: 10%
- 2nd Anniversary: 20%
- 3rd Anniversary: 30%
- 4th Anniversary: 40%
The vesting schedule for PSUs is:
- 1st Anniversary: 0%
- 2nd Anniversary: 0%
- 3rd Anniversary: 30%
- 4th Anniversary: 70%
Exercise Period
Vested Options must be exercised within four years from their respective vesting dates. Vested PSUs must be exercised within one year from their respective vesting dates.
