- Lloyd Consumer: ₹479 crores, down 18.5% year-over-year.
Cables continued to show strong growth. The Electrical Consumer Durables (ECD) segment experienced softer performance due to weak summer sales in the fan and air cooler categories. Lloyd revenue was lower due to inventory and GST-related changes.

- Profit After Tax: ₹670 crores (down 2.0% year-over-year).
Strategic Developments
As a result of the switchgear relocation from Faridabad, land, buildings, and other assets in Faridabad were sold. The profit from these sales, amounting to ₹45.27 crores, was recognized as other income in Q2 FY26.
