Havells India Interim Dividend Declared; Approves Employee Stock Purchase Scheme

Havells India has announced an interim dividend of ₹4.00 per equity share (₹1 face value), which translates to 400%. The record date for the dividend is January 23, 2026, and payment will be made by February 17, 2026. In addition, the company has approved the ‘Havells Employees Stock Purchase Scheme 2026’ under SEBI regulations, pending shareholder approval at the next AGM.

Interim Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹4.00 per equity share, with a face value of ₹1 each. This equates to a 400% payout on the equity share capital. The dividend is intended for shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of the record date.

Dividend Payment Details

The dividend will be payable to shareholders on or before February 17, 2026, which is 30 days from the declaration date. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is January 23, 2026.

Employee Stock Purchase Scheme Approval

The Board has approved the introduction of the ‘Havells Employees Stock Purchase Scheme 2026’. This scheme is in accordance with SEBI regulations for Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity and will be put forward for shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.

Financial Performance Highlights (Q3 2026)

Havells India reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹5,573.44 crores for Q3 2026, compared to ₹4,882.50 crores in Q3 2025. The company’s profit before tax was ₹404.86 crores in Q3 2026 compared to ₹382.19 crores in Q3 2025. Net profit after tax stood at ₹301.36 crores as compared to ₹282.81 crores for the same period.

Key segment revenues for Q3 2026 include:

  • Switchgears: ₹624.35 crores
  • Cables: ₹2,241.12 crores
  • Lighting & Fixtures: ₹423.28 crores
  • Electrical Consumer Durables: ₹1,151.24 crores
  • Lloyd Consumer: ₹693.70 crores

Consolidated Financial Results

The consolidated revenue from operations for Havells India was ₹5,587.89 crores for Q3 2026 as against ₹4,888.98 crores for Q3 2025, with profit before tax at ₹407.62 crores as compared to ₹377.34 crores.
