Mr. Das, who is currently a Director at GSPL, is not debarred from holding this position, bringing extensive experience to the role.

About Manoj Kumar Das
Shri Manoj Kumar Das, IAS, is the Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat. An alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur with a B.Tech in Computer Science, he brings a wealth of experience in revenue administration, urban management, and disaster management to the role. His prior roles include District Development Officer, District Collector, and Municipal Commissioner across various cities.
Extensive Experience
Mr. Das has served in key positions within the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat, including roles related to Industries and Mines, Food, and Civil Supplies. He has also held positions at Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC). He currently serves as Director on the Board of GSPC LNG Limited and on the Board of Gujarat State Police Housing Corporation Limited.
