Smt. Avantika Singh Aulakh, IAS has been appointed as the Joint Managing Director of Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) effective December 24, 2025. This decision was made by the Board of Directors via a circular resolution dated January 3, 2026.
Professional Background
Prior to her appointment, Smt. Aulakh served as the Additional Principal Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat. She brings extensive experience from her career in Civil Services, including roles as District Collector in multiple districts and leadership positions in various state government departments and boards.
Additional Roles and Accomplishments
Smt. Aulakh, a 2003 batch officer, holds a B.E. in Instrumentation & Control Engineering and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. She has also served as Vice Chairman & CEO of Gujarat Maritime Board and CEO of Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board, among other significant roles, and has received the National Award for Best Electoral Practices.
