Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited Board Approves Q3 FY2026 Unaudited Financial Results

The Board of Directors of Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC) met on February 9, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. Both Standalone and Consolidated results were sanctioned, accompanied by the Independent Auditor’s Limited Review Report. The results indicate stable performance across the Fertilizer and Industrial Products segments for the period ending Q3 FY2026.

GSFC Q3 FY2026 Financial Results Announcement

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC) has announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on February 9, 2026. The Board formally considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for both Standalone and Consolidated entities for the Quarter ended December 31, 2025, and the Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting, which commenced at 3:00 p.m., concluded at 5:00 p.m.

Standalone Financial Highlights (Q3 FY2026)

Reviewing the standalone figures, Total Income reached ₹2,949.68 crores for the quarter, up from ₹2,810.67 crores in the corresponding quarter last year (Q3 FY2025). Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹180.79 crores for the quarter, against ₹153.43 crores in Q3 FY2025. Net Profit attributable to owners of the company for the quarter was ₹157.17 crores.

For the Nine Months ended December 31, 2025, Total Income was ₹8,443.37 crores, resulting in a PBT of ₹789.92 crores. The resulting Net Profit after tax was ₹617.28 crores.

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, Total Income for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, was ₹2,997.25 crores. The Consolidated PBT for the quarter was ₹182.07 crores. The Consolidated Net Profit attributable to owners of the company for the quarter stood at ₹158.06 crores.

For the Nine Months ended December 31, 2025, Consolidated Total Income reached ₹8,553.75 crores, leading to a Consolidated PBT of ₹796.00 crores. The Consolidated Net Profit after tax for the nine-month period was reported at ₹620.86 crores.

Segmental Performance Overview

The segmental analysis shows the Fertilizer Products segment continues to contribute the majority of revenue.

  • Standalone Segment Revenue (Q3 FY2026): Fertilizer Products generated ₹2,297.60 crores, while Industrial Products contributed ₹596.50 crores.
  • Consolidated Segment Revenue (Q3 FY2026): Total Group Revenue was led by Fertilizer Products at ₹2,344.55 crores and Industrial Products at ₹596.50 crores.
  • Segment Result (PBT) Consolidated (Nine Months): The Fertilizer Products segment yielded a result of ₹487.42 crores, whereas the Industrial Products segment generated ₹87.21 crores before finance costs and unallocable items.

Auditor Review and Other Notes

The Board noted that the Limited Review of the unaudited financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025, was successfully carried out by the Statutory Auditors, M/s CNK & Associates LLP.

Furthermore, the consolidation includes the results of Subsidiaries like GSFC Agrotech Ltd and Gujarat Port and Logistics Company Limited, along with Associate companies. A note from the auditors confirmed that the implementation of the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025 did not have a significant impact on the provision for Defined Benefit Obligation for the quarter.
