Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited received an email from the Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) on January 19, 2026, conveying the resignation of Mr. Rajkumar Beniwal, IAS, from the company’s Board of Directors. The actual resignation letter is dated December 29, 2025.

Details of the Resignation

Mr. Beniwal’s resignation is due to his relinquishment of the role of Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Gujarat Maritime Board. He tendered his resignation as Director from the Board of the Company with effect from December 29th, 2025.
