Crucially, the effective date for this appointment is stated as December 29, 2025, reflecting the date of the initial intimation previously shared with the stock exchanges. This retroactive effective date was based on the recommendations provided by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The Company confirmed that Shri Rajkumar Beniwal is presently not debarred from holding the office of Director by any order issued by SEBI or any other relevant authority. All necessary details required under the applicable disclosure regulations were previously submitted to the stock exchanges in the prior communication dated December 29, 2025.
