G R Infraprojects Limited (GRIL) has achieved a significant milestone by emerging as the L-1 bidder in the Financial Bid Opening held on 11th February 2026. The tender was invited by the West Central Railway, Jabalpur, for a crucial infrastructure development.
Project Details and Contract Value
The awarded project centers on the “Construction of New Railway line from Km 124/400 to 165/380 in between Bahari and Gondawali stations” in the State of Madhya Pradesh. This extensive scope includes critical elements such as Earthwork, Minor and Major Bridges, Important Bridges, Viaducts, ROB (RCC Box Type), RUB/LHS, Station building, Tunnels, and Track work.
The Contract Price for this comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project is substantial, totaling INR 1897.51 Crores.
Execution Timeline
The company has committed to a firm completion period of 900 days, calculated from the official Appointed date for the commencement of work. GRIL also confirmed that the trading window for designated persons remains closed until 17th February 2026, in line with existing insider trading regulations.
