Godrej Properties Sells Plots Worth Over ₹1,000 Crore in Panipat Launch

Godrej Properties announced that it has sold plots worth over ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its premium plotted development, Evora Estate, in Panipat. The company sold over 600 plots, spanning around 8 lakh square feet of saleable area, since its launch in December 2025. This marks the company’s most successful plotted development launch by value of sales achieved.

Panipat Project Launch Success

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) announced sales exceeding ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its premium plotted development, Evora Estate, situated in Sector 40, Panipat. Since its launch in December 2025, the company has successfully sold over 600 plots, encompassing approximately 8 lakh square feet of saleable area. This project represents GPL’s inaugural venture in Panipat and is its most successful plotted development launch in terms of sales value.

Evora Estate Details

Evora Estate, strategically located on NH 44A, spans 43 acres. It features a Mediterranean theme, a luxurious clubhouse, and premium lifestyle amenities. Designed as a premium residential plotted development, this is GPL’s first project in Panipat and the fourth addition to its portfolio of residential plotted townships in North India.

Panipat has evolved into a micro-market due to sustained infrastructure improvements. Enhanced connectivity via NH-44 and a stronger transport and industrial network are positioning the city as an attractive residential catchment in North India.
